Le ricette stagionali sono una delle ragioni che mi fanno sentire la mancanza dell’Italia da quando vivo all’estero. E dire che tra queste delizie noi a Bologna abbiamo solo le chiacchiere (che chiamiamo sfrappole, e sono molto più fritte di quelle nella foto! In pratica una bomba calorica ricoperta di zucchero a velo). L’infografica mi piace un sacco! A presto 🙂
