Thank you for this post on creating a Language habit. I also omitted tracking my language learning and thats probably why I always end up feeling stuck and like I am not getting anywhere. Definitely something I will have to implement from now on!
Re movies, have you seen “L’Auberge Espagnole”? I enjoyed it, and the sequels too 🙂

I know what you mean. Keeping momentum up is harder than it seems, especially when you’re feeling blue or overwhelmed. Having a plan, a direction, helps and setting goals per month is super beneficial.

You point out exactly what most of us find difficult in learning another language. I’ve been using the Language Toolkit as well and it’s been an eye-opener on some bad habits I have.

By the way I would recommend Angel-A for your French movie list, it’s from Luc Besson and it’s a little excentric but in a good way! I also thought I was going to like Sous les jupes des filles but was disappointed…
